This morning as I was leaving the boat in bright moonlight (not yet dawn here in Seattle), I briefly wondered if the moon was full for our friends in the Caribbean or Mexico...

Sometimes I marvel, while walking under a clear night sky, that there are only a few miles of real air separating us, in our Eden, from cold hard vacuum. But pondering everything requires more humility than I care to volunteer, some nights. I need to amount to something, after all.
The moonrise was fantastic two nights ago. We were on the dock watching it with a glass of wine and some other folks.
