It was going to be our first real summer weekend! (meaning that it wasn't going to be cold and raining). But then, 36 hours from the actual departure, the weather forecast was this:
Thu

65°F | 52°F

Fri

70°F | 54°F

Sat

70°F | 55°F

Sun

66°F | 56°F

And now, 24 hours later and 12 hours from the departure:
Fri

71°F | 54°F

Sat

62°F | 54°F

Sun

61°F | 55°F

Mon

67°F | 56°F

Trying to keep a Positive Mental Attitude here.

We are chanting this, here on Eolian:
Pirates are not made of sugar, and will not melt in the rain!
Pirates are not made of sugar, and will not melt in the rain!
Pirates are not made of sugar, and will not melt in the rain!
So it was (is) with this weekend for us.
->Sunny, sunny, sunny
then
->Sunny, chance of rain, sunny
now
->Rain with thunderstorms, rain, cloudy and chance of rain
Not a good weekend to have the in-laws visiting. :(
